Are you gearing up for launching a new website? Or blog!! Well, if you are going to own a website, obviously you need to put up some kick-ass content to boost your views and hits. And the best way to get your content to penetrate your viewer’s mind is to add visual aids as much as possible.

If you have followed any popular blog or website, there is one thing which you might find common in all of them; most of them contain a lot of pictures as well as videos. Suppose, you want to write a blog about a product, then you have to show your viewer how to use it and other parameters of the product. In that case, you need a series of images to elaborate the entire product, which can be very hectic. Else you can use various utility videos of the product available on YouTube.

One problem which may arise due to direct use of the YouTube videos is that you may get into a legal problem since you have used the video without the consent of the owner. But as you know, where there is will, there is a way. The major thing which causes the entire problem is the YouTube logo which appears on the far bottom corner of each video. But there’s a trick with which you can embed the YouTube videos in your website without the YouTube logo.

In this article, I am going to show you how you can

Remove the YouTube branding from the videos.

A typical embedding code looks like the one below:

<iframe width="560" height="315" src=""
frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

Beware!!! If you put this code, the logo will appear on the video you embedded. In order to remove the logo completely, you just need to incur a slight modification in the above code.

Just add a command “modestbranding=1” in the embedding code of the video as demonstrated below. What it will do is that this command will remove the YouTube branding from your required video and you can relax about it, since no one can claim that you have infringed any legal rights.

<iframe width="560" height="315" src=""
 frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
